A young farm boy named Eragon finds a mysterious stone in the mountains. With this stone he goes and attempts to sell it. This was in hopes for money for food. When no one buys it from him he keeps it in his room. However, this stone is not what he thinks it is.
I would definitely recommend this book to people who enjoy fantasy books and dragons. This book is filled with action, a thrilling plot, and excellent characters. I liked this book a lot and would highly recommend it and the rest of the Inheritance Cycle book series.
