Macbeth was a shocking, cinematic and action – packed book that left the readers at the edge of our seats and wanting more! The film was about Macbeth, a power – hungry man, and his journey to fulfill the prophecy [he would become King of Scotland] that the three Witches gave him in the beginning of the book. He is heavily influenced by Lady Macbeth and he does many things *no spoilers* to ensure that prophecy will be fulfilled.
I would recommend this book to anyone that would like a action packed book. It was a relatively hard read due to how sophisticated Shakespeare’s language is, but it is a great read to anyone who is willing to take a challenge! I liked how Macbeth and lady Macbeth was portrayed during the book. I give this a 9/10 rating.
