This book takes place in a world called Middle-earth where a Dark lord named Sauron seeks to conquer Middle-earth and to do this he needs the ring. However, Frodo Baggins, a young hobbit, is given the job of bearing the ring and protecting it from Sauron. This book begins the journey of Frodo and his friends to destroy the ring and save middle earth.
I recommend this book for people who like fantasy books. I say this because this book builds an entire world of mythical creatures and other people such as hobbits, elves, dwarfs, etc. I also recommend this book to people who like adventure stories because Frodo’s quest is an adventure to conquer new threats and save Middle-earth.
